Our Experience as Guest Podcasters on The Nomadic Foodist Show

We’re Talking Louisville food, how our ethnic backgrounds tie into our love of travel and food, and more with food and travel blogger Chris aka nomadic foodist

We recently were guests of Nomadic Foodist on his podcast, The Nomadic Foodist Show, where we hit on topics like the Louisville food scene, how our combined multiethnic backgrounds make us crave food and travel, and all about our one-and-a-half week trip to Thailand.

Jasmine’s first time on a podcast

While I’ve been a guest a few times on the Dadnarok podcast, this was Jasmine’s first time on a podcast, ever, if you can believe it. During our interview with Chris, also known as Nomadic Foodist, we got to talk about how Louisville, Kentucky, is home to some of the most vibrant and exciting restaurants in America, how we first fell in love with travel as children, when we began our out of country travels, and more. We even get pretty deep into some social topics.

An excerpt from the nomadic foodist

“Growing up in the United States, Christopher and Jasmine faced challenges from their multiethnic background, and they discussed the hardships of embracing their cultures in America. From their heritage grew a pride for family and food, which influenced both of their lives to this day.”

This excerpt could not be more accurate and we’re excited to share a little about our upbringings in this podcast episode titled Louisville Restaurants, Multiethnic Backgrounds and Tips For Thailand with Christopher and Jasmine Proaño. We hope you enjoy it!

Stay adventurous and let us know what you think about the podcast episode!
