We’re ecstatic to share our big day with the ones we love the most. If you’re here, you’ve been a part of our journey and we appreciate the love and support you’ve given each of us throughout our lives.

 

Our BIG DAY

Please feel free to arrive in Louisville early to explore our amazing city. We have created a list of things to do and places to visit while you’re here! The ceremony will be held on Saturday, October, 26 at 3:15 PM at Middletown United Methodist Church. The reception will follow immediately after at The Mellwood Arts Center.

DAY OF ITINERARY:

3:15 PM: Our Unplugged Ceremony Begins (no cell phones, please!)

4:30 PM: Mass Exodus to The Mellwood Arts Center (snacks and drinks/cocktails will be waiting there for you while you wait for the wedding party to arrive)

5:30 PM: Dinner, Dancing, and Lots of Love

8:00 PM: “Send-Off” (we’re doing a staged send-off so we can get our photographer and videographer on their way before too late!)

10:30 PM: Bride & Groom Bid Thee Farewell

11:00 PM: Closing Time (be sure to take anything from your table you want to keep, including the plants and decor!)
